1.  Finishing Team Leader

 Description of Position

 Finishing of high end cabinetry and furniture.  We are seeking a motivated, cheerful, willing to teach and learn, mid-career candidate as the working supervisor of our finishing department.  Must be skilled in spray, brush, and staining.  Should be able to complete high gloss finishes, and have some experience buffing up finishes.  Must be able to collaborate with production manager in order to meet deadlines.

2.  AutoCAD Detailer/ CNC Programmer

 Requirements

 Detailer with a Min of 5 years Experience working with AutoCAD, and must be capable of working with 3D AutoCAD as well. An Engineering or related degree is preferred.

 Description of Position

 Working with 3D drawings and extruding them into 2D sections.  They would be required to make detailed part drawings and also convert these drawings into CNC code and nest them if required.

3.  Production Manager

 Requirements

 Would need a min of 5 years experience in a Management position, with a min of 3 years as a Production Manager.  Have an extensive knowledge of cabinetmaking and high end millwork. Must have strong problem solving skills.

 Description of Position

 Managing the Shop by way of overseeing shop employees, ensuring schedules are implemented and met, identifying quality issues and improving processes in order to increase quality and decrease costs. Making sure employees are using safe work practices.  Ensuring that the proper materials are available when the employees need them.

4.  Cabinet/Furniture Maker

 Requirements

 Cabinetmaker with a min of 10 years experience in high-end custom cabinetry/furniture making and millwork.  Must be detail orientated with drawing reading skills and strong problem solving abilities.

 Description of Position

 Building and Assembling yacht cabinetry.  All the furniture is custom, and very high quality is demanded, so very strong attention to details is required.
